Northlands 3 Day tour

SKU: northlands-1

Often called the winterless north the fantastic beaches and scenery of Northland are a must for all visitors to New Zealand.

Highly recommended is the quad biking or horse riding on 90 mile beach - a truly once in a lifetime experience.

The Lighthouse at Cape Reinga marks a spiritual place , the departing place of spirits leaving in death to Hawaiki, an amazing spot well worth the drive.

Sand boarding at the giant Te Paki sand dunes offers a real leg work out.

The ferry crossing over the Hokianga, one of the largest harbours in the world provides a relaxing 3o minutes.

Tane Mahuta the "Giant Kauri" is a feat of natural splendour, although it can longer be hugged, to stand in its presence is an amazing moment.

An ice cream or fish and chips at the seaside town of Omapere, provides a stunning photo back drop and the chance to cool off with a swim or a jump off the wharf.
